Kyle J. Martelon
Bio
Mr. Martelon handles cases and issues across the spectrum of family law, and he is highly and particularly experienced handling issues involving same-sex couples, having resolved the first dissolution of a same-sex civil union in Colorado. He has a thorough understanding of the complexities these situations pose and is a strong fit to assist same-sex parties facing these and other family law concerns.

Kyle graduated from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2010. After receiving his J.D., he completed a clerkship at the Jefferson County District Court under the Honorable Jane A. Tidball. Few mediators have worked as a law clerk, giving Mr. Martelon unique, firsthand knowledge of how judges approach and analyze domestic relations cases.

Outside of the office, Kyle enjoys several outdoor activities, including skiing and running. He also loves the local restaurant scene and is a frequent traveler.
